At Ivarel, we want you to shop with confidence. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

• It must be in the original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@ivarel.com. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Change of Mind

If you simply change your mind, you can still return your order within 30 days. In this case, you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal or intimate items may not be eligible for return. These will always be clearly marked on the product page.
